Shiatsu for health, wellbeing and vitality

About me

I am an advanced Shiatsu student studying at the Bath School of Shiatsu and Yoga. I was introduced to Shiatsu in 2007 and have been hooked ever since! I am drawn to Shiatsu for its holistic approach and the way it allows the client to participate in their own healing process.

For my own wellbeing and to develop my Shiatsu practice, I regularly practise yoga, mindfulness and meditation, and of course receive plenty of Shiatsu.

About Shiatsu

A traditional hands-on Japanese healing art, Shiatsu can be helpful for a wide range of conditions from specific injuries to more general symptoms of poor health.

Shiatsu is a deeply relaxing experience and regular sessions help to prevent the build-up of stress in our lives. We all respond to touch; something which is once again being recognised.

Shiatsu works on the whole person - not just on the physical body; it also works from a psychological and emotional point of view.
