I am drawn to Shiatsu for its holistic approach and the way it allows the client to participate in their own healing process.For my own wellbeing and to develop my Shiatsu practice, I regularly practise yoga, mindfulness and meditation, and of course receive plenty of Shiatsu.About ShiatsuA traditional hands-on Japanese healing art, Shiatsu can be helpful for a wide range of conditions from specific injuries to more general symptoms of poor health. |
